This was my first virtual visit with a vet. Dr. Vikas Godara was very patient and caring. He listened to all of my concerns and gave me his valuable opinion on how to best care for my aging/terminally ill cat to keep him comfortable. He showed he cared and I appreciate that so much!

He answered all my questions and concerns and helped us efficiently. He was well informed and was very helpful. My dog is already feeling so much better within a day. Way easier and more affordable and much more convenient than going to the traditional vet office. And the fact that it was after hours was great! The only thing is the service/ video chat wasn't allowing me to send him my videos of the dog and they were before the size limit. Also the whole video chat cut off automatically at 45 minutes while we were in the middle of discussing treatment, so that should be addressed by the company. Overall, I was happy with everything.
