Where is VetsterRx Online Pharmacy available?

VetsterRx Online Pharmacy, fullfilled by PetMeds, provides prescription and non-prescription medication, supplements, veterinary-approved diets, and more. It is available in all 50 States. The ability to receive a prescribed medication is governed by law and at the discretion of your Vetster veterinarian.

Can I have my medications shipped to a different address than my profile address?

Yes, but shipments cannot be made outside the US. We know people may be traveling with their pet, or prefer to have a shipment arrive at an alternative location - like the office!

What are compound medications and how will it affect shipping time?

Compound medications are customized medications for your pet that require multiple ingredients in specific amounts to be mixed together as recommended by the vet. Compound medications will also increase the amount of time required to ship the medication to you. Typically compound medications will require an extra 2-3 business days in addition to its shipping time to arrive.

What types of medications can online veterinarians prescribe?

Vetster veterinarians can prescribe a wide range of commercial medications similarly to how they prescribe in-clinic. This may include medication for parasites, pain treatment, eye infections, skin rashes and more. There are nearly 1,000 medications available through VetsterRx Online Pharmacy. How do I get my prescription refilled?

If your Vetster veterinarian prescribed medication with a refill, you can login to your vetster.com account and visit the prescriptions dashboard. Here, you can add refill orders to your cart and check out.
