Our telehealth appointment exceeded my expectations. The vet was attentive, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Thank goodness for Dr. Cruzen's caring attention and understanding during our visit today. I was provided exactly what I needed to help my emotional support dog, and this was a great relief for me! He also suggested additional tools to help my dog's health issue, a simple process and plan for the better, even including some fun and easy things to do! My initial expectations of using Vetster were highly exceeded, and based upon our pleasant experience meeting with Dr. Cruzen, I would recommend choosing both to any pet owner who is new to on-line veterinary services.

Being able to see a virtual vet was so helpful this morning after having a Great Dane with diarrhea and a newborn I was dreading sitting at the animal hospital but I made an appointment right away with Dr.Pakes, she was right on time for the appointment and gave me advice for his acute situation and a long term plan for his sensitive stomach and allergies. She was so professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.

What a great service Vetster is! Quickly got an appointment with Dr. Levisman for my senior German Shepherd who does not get around so well anymore. I got a great care plan and prescriptions for my dog. I was even able to fast track one medication prescription by sending it to CVS near my home. I am blown away by the above average customer service, reasonable cost, and how knowledgeable Dr. Levisman is. Thank you!

I am the kind of person that can't always make it to appointments, and when I came home and found my cat with a much worse eye than when I left for work, I needed something early and wasn't able to commute to a clinic and back again, so I figured I'd try this website. I have to say I had a wonderful experience and feel good going forward with the treatment suggested and happy I can get the prescriptions emailed to me so I can fill them with a pharmacy before I go to work. I will likely use this service again! Dr. Rouleau was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was friendly and I feel good about the treatment she prescribed.
