Dr. Harmeet Singh Jassal was an excellent provider for me and my pet. Dr. Jassal assisted when I was worried my dog came into contact with a potentially toxic toad late at night. He was not only kind, professional, and reassuring, but also very patient with this nervous human and her rambunctious puppy. He walked me through next steps of care and what to watch for, while also providing his opinion on whether my puppy seemed okay. My nearest 24/7 vet is 30 minutes away, and being able to see an expert quickly while I monitored my pup at home was a big relief.

Dr. Jen is so kind and knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me on the possible causes for my dogs symptoms. She is very patient and informative, but the appointment overall was quick and I was seen within minutes of booking instead of having to wait to get in with a local vet. Prescription medications were prescribed and will be at my door in a day or two! We are so so grateful! Dr. Jen understands your pets are like family

Being able to see a virtual vet was so helpful this morning after having a Great Dane with diarrhea and a newborn I was dreading sitting at the animal hospital but I made an appointment right away with Dr.Pakes, she was right on time for the appointment and gave me advice for his acute situation and a long term plan for his sensitive stomach and allergies. She was so professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.

What a great service Vetster is! Quickly got an appointment with Dr. Levisman for my senior German Shepherd who does not get around so well anymore. I got a great care plan and prescriptions for my dog. I was even able to fast track one medication prescription by sending it to CVS near my home. I am blown away by the above average customer service, reasonable cost, and how knowledgeable Dr. Levisman is. Thank you!

I am the kind of person that can't always make it to appointments, and when I came home and found my cat with a much worse eye than when I left for work, I needed something early and wasn't able to commute to a clinic and back again, so I figured I'd try this website. I have to say I had a wonderful experience and feel good going forward with the treatment suggested and happy I can get the prescriptions emailed to me so I can fill them with a pharmacy before I go to work. I will likely use this service again! Dr. Rouleau was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was friendly and I feel good about the treatment she prescribed.
