I had a late night emergency with my puppy Rizzy. I was able to make an appt. asap with Dr. Lancet. He diagnosed her with the possibility of an obstruction as well as being extremely dehydrated. He said we need to get to an ER right away. He was spot on, Rizzy had surgery this morning, they removed 2 rocks, but had to wait until they hydrated her enough to go under. I’m so appreciative of Dr. Lancet, he has been in touch with me throughout the night and today. He’s so kind and compassionate. I will absolutely use him again on Vetster if he’s available! Thanks for saving Rizzy’s life Dr.!!!

Being able to see a virtual vet was so helpful this morning after having a Great Dane with diarrhea and a newborn I was dreading sitting at the animal hospital but I made an appointment right away with Dr.Pakes, she was right on time for the appointment and gave me advice for his acute situation and a long term plan for his sensitive stomach and allergies. She was so professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.

What a great service Vetster is! Quickly got an appointment with Dr. Levisman for my senior German Shepherd who does not get around so well anymore. I got a great care plan and prescriptions for my dog. I was even able to fast track one medication prescription by sending it to CVS near my home. I am blown away by the above average customer service, reasonable cost, and how knowledgeable Dr. Levisman is. Thank you!

I am the kind of person that can't always make it to appointments, and when I came home and found my cat with a much worse eye than when I left for work, I needed something early and wasn't able to commute to a clinic and back again, so I figured I'd try this website. I have to say I had a wonderful experience and feel good going forward with the treatment suggested and happy I can get the prescriptions emailed to me so I can fill them with a pharmacy before I go to work. I will likely use this service again! Dr. Rouleau was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was friendly and I feel good about the treatment she prescribed.
