What are prescription service fees?

When sending prescriptions to a pharmacy, a $15.99 service fee will apply per order. With Vetster Plus, you can get 50% off of these service fees. Service fees will cover the coordination with your vet and your pharmacy to validate, approve and send your prescription. It does not cover the product or dispensing costs charged by your preferred pharmacy.

Can I cancel my plan?

By choosing a subscription, you commit to a minimum timeframe that your pet can receive Vetster services. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but your membership must be canceled before it renews in order to avoid the next billing cycle.
