Hi, I'm Dr. V, and I am an Emergency Veterinarian. I LOVE being a veterinarian and have multiple publications in veterinary journals and many years in the field. As a pet owner of two rescue dogs, I understand that pet parenthood can sometimes be a struggle. I have first-hand experience with various problems dogs and cats may face. I have never used a service like this before. It was the weekend and I knew that my dog needed an antibiotic for a very bad infected hot spot. My vet couldn't get my pet in until the following business day. This service was truly a life saver. Dr. Hough was informative and the process was very simple! It was also very easy to input your pharmacy information. I ultimately had to switch pharmacies after it was sent by their team and the process was simple. The team was so helpful! I will definitely use this service again. Thank you to all!

Dr. Hough was amazing. She called me and kept our scheduled time even though she wasn’t home yet & was in traffic in her car. She also referred to my animals as “kiddo’s” instead of pet or dog. She showed so much compassion and care for my dogs. She helped me with so many different possibilities to help avoid these issues in the future. She was so kind & easy to talk to, she is definitely someone who loves what she does & loves animals. She was very thorough with her questions and explaining the medications and how to care for Cookie Girl. I absolutely will be using her in the future on this app!
