I just joined because all vets around here were closed Saturday when I needed them. I was amazed at how she talked me through things, and at one point she couldn’t hear me. She went above and beyond to get the support team to help, and we finished our visit

Dr. Herreid listened to my concerns about my dog's anxiety due to fireworks. I also learned about different medications to help with her anxiety. I am very pleased with this vet appointment.

The appointment was good. Dr. Herreid was less knowledgeable than I hoped about the medication I needed guidance on. But I understand that she isn’t a cardiologist and doesn’t work with it often. She was caring and kind.
