Dr. Tia Barksdale

Hi there! Welcome to my profile. I am a compassionate and knowledgeable small animal veterinarian with 10 years of experience treating a variety of disease conditions, providing preventative care, and loving on my fur baby patients. I have a special interest in internal medicine and dermatologic cases. I have an 8 1/2 year old orange tabby kitty named Franklin Ferdinand Barksdale (yes he has a middle name) and a 1 1/2 year old Doberman and Poodle Mix named Solo Sovereign Barksdale. In my free time, I like to sing, dance, travel, kayak, hike, read, go to concerts/festivals, and spend time with my loved ones. I am here to provide compassionate and easy to understand advice to all of the pet parents like myself. I look forward to speaking with you and your fur baby!
