I have been in practice for 40 years. I earned my BS degree in animal science from Colorado State University. Veterinary medical school afterwards at the University of Parma, Italy. After completion of my DVM degree I obtained my ECFVG certification at Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. I was in private practice and the owner and medical director of my own practice for 28 years in New York City. I have now joined up with A New Jersey general small animal practice where I focus on internal medicine, emergency and surgical care.

I love the Vetster service, I run a cat adoption house and for what seems minor issues, I don’t always go to an in person vet. Dr Spencer is thorough and practical, he gives his honest recommendations and doesn’t put me in panic mode. He has treated several of my cats for skin disorders, eye infections, respiratory infections etc. 10 stars.
