I cannot say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I called, Dr. Eisen was friendly, professional, and accommodating. She truly took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions about my kittens' symptoms, and provided clear, detailed advice. Dr. Eisen made sure I felt heard and reassured throughout the conversation, which is so important when you’re worried about your furry family member. I appreciated her depth of knowledge and the way they explained everything in terms I could understand. Not only did she help me identify what might be going on with my new kittens, but she also gave me actionable steps to take, including when and if an in-person visit might be necessary. Her compassion and expertise truly shone through, even over the Telehealth. Thank you, Dr. Eisen, for making a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate.
