Dr. Hern-Tincher was great. Vetster, however, did not in any way inform me that they cannot prescribe medication through an online visit. So all you are going to get through this site is advice.

Dr. Hern-Tincher was knowledgeable about the procedure my dog had had and some concerns I had about his post-surgery recovery when my vet was not available on a weekend and I wanted to make sure my dog was ok. She was able to provide a second opinion, offer additional clarity/ guidance and put my mind at ease.
