Dr. Samantha Davenport

I was born and raised in northern Alabama before graduating from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. My husband, our menagerie of animals (large and small), and I then moved to central Virginia where I've worked as a general small animal practitioner for the past six years. I have a particular passion for wellness and preventative medicine, nutrition, end of life/hospice care, treatment of orthopedic diseases, dermatology, and behavior.

In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking (both for my family and for our dogs), hiking, and training my dogs in various sports - tracking, obedience, barn hunt, trick training.
