Went to vet, locally yesterday spent a ton for blood work, but wasn't completely convinced with the diagnosis. Dr. Pinkleman was thorough, patient, honest, and basically advised a more direct approach. Was extremely satisfied. Will be using these services again.

Dr. Ross was very nice and thoughtful to take the call on a Sunday morning. My dogs particular case is a difficult and rare condition, so unfortunately not a lot could be done or suggested without seeing him in person. Dr Ross was very honest and admitted to not having the best suggestions due to the difficult case and not seeing him in person. He stated he was going to see about waving the fee due to not having suggestive answers! Very nice and I do appreciate the call on a Sunday morning!

Dr Ross was very kind and polite. He listened to my concerns regarding my 8yo bulldog and gave me suggestions as to what it could be and what typical treatment and diagnosis I was looking at. Definitely recommend.
