Dr. Rosalba Oramas

I grew up loving and caring for animals - from our pets to the farm animals at my grandparents small family farm. I became fascinated by veterinary medicine when a veterinarian came to the farm and helped deliver a breached calf - he spent so much time explaining to me, a child, what he was doing and why, all while working seamlessly on getting this baby out safely. I was so impressed by how caring and kind he was, and how much I learned that evening. It became my dream to become a veterinarian just like him, and hopefully some day inspire a curious child to pursue their dream of working with animals and the people that love them.
