After having two truly terrible experiences at urgent vet clinics here in Westminster, I was completely at a loss as to where to take my dog to be seen by someone who genuinely cared. I noticed my puppy’s fur was thinning at a spot where he frequently bit a few days ago. I was going to wait for a visit the following week with his vet. Then today I noticed bleeding and a scab. Dr. Cotter was available on New Year’s Day. His questions and review of my puppy’s symptoms and pictures helped dwindle down a possible diagnosis. It will also help with quicker relief for my pup before his vet visit. I’m incredibly appreciative.
