Dr Li is wonderful. He really took his time and checked our dog out physically and mentally. He seemed to understand my dogs issues and listened very carefully to come up with a plan. I would definitely recommend him without question.

Great service to get quick advice and you don’t have to leave the house. My dog was in pain and I could not lift him or get him in a traditional clinic. This was a great alternative.

Dr. Qiang was extremely knowledgeable and helped me look for particular symptoms on my cat that would mean an emergency. We determined it is not an emergency and he gave me good instructions of things to do at home to help. I wish I could get an antibiotic, but that is no fault of the doctor. We can't get that medicine from telemedicine.
