I have been taking my Dobie to vets for her UTIs and none have every mentioned any underlying causes. Dr. Nicolette Ornelas was very knowledgeable and recommended where I could go to get to the root of the problem. She was not able to prescribe since my dog required a urinalysis, but she provided many ways I could help her in the meantime. She was very helpful and knowledgeable!

Dr. Ornelas was very informative and thorough. She was able to help my dog with his ongoing skin/ear problems. You can tell she really cares about her patients. This service was a great experience!

Dr. Nicolette was very informative and helpful with my dog regarding an issue with his ear. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to prescribe the medication needed d/t limitations beyond her control (vetster) but everything she was able to do was great! We will definitely use her in the future if needed!

My dog, George, has had ongoing ear issues. Dr. Ornelas took the time to listen, assess, and provided sound medical advice. She was kind and very professional. I will be going to her for all of my pets’ needs in the future and highly recommend her! And I also got to meet her cute co-worker, Hugo the chocolate lab!
