Vet was amazing unfortunately the app was not up front about state limitation on prescriptions that can be ordered.

She was up front and honest before beginning of appt and explained by law she can’t prescribe medication in Ohio and wanted me to be aware so that I wouldn’t be charged. We agreed to not go through with appt and it would be best to call a local vet.

Quick and to the point and a thousand times earlier than getting him to a vets office

Inflamed eye lids of my dog. Will apply cold compress, purchase an OTC anti-inflammatory, and administer Benadryl for possible underlying allergies.

My dog has a rash in his groin area, and I was pretty sure it was from his long lead in the backyard, but just wanted to get it checked out just in case, Dr. Nicolette was extremely helpful in easing my fears and giving me next steps to help my dog !

He broke out in hives and she helped me feel better about the treatment I was already doing and said if he got any worse to see a vet in person but he's now doing great

I have been taking my Dobie to vets for her UTIs and none have every mentioned any underlying causes. Dr. Nicolette Ornelas was very knowledgeable and recommended where I could go to get to the root of the problem. She was not able to prescribe since my dog required a urinalysis, but she provided many ways I could help her in the meantime. She was very helpful and knowledgeable!
