She was very helpful. Seemed to immediately know what it was and what to do. Was quick and painless. She was aso quite reassuring and, though, as indicated, the interaction was brief, this only added to the convenience . But instead of feeling as though the visit had been rushed or my concerns not heard, I ended the call feeling so much calmer about my dogs situation and she definitely has my loyalty for future virtual vet appointments.
