Hi everyone! My name is Dr. Brown, and I graduated from the University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. I served as a Captain in the Air Force at Dover Air Force Base (located in Delaware) for three years before joining Vetster. I currently practice emergency medicine and general practice in Southern California. I have extensive experience in small animal emergency medicine and surgery as well as general practice (preventative medicine). Since I was a child, I have had compassion for animals and an intuitive sense for their needs; I chose to dedicate myself to improving the quality of life and comfort that animals experience. I find joy in conversation with clients and in providing high quality recommendations and guidance/options in the context of your individual circumstances. My role is to answer your questions, provide an assessment as to what may be going on with your pet, help guide your decisions in terms of the need for an emergency visit or not, and offer suggestions and/or treatments at home for temporary relief when applicable. I give 5 stars to DR. however Vetster needs software help. Like use something like zoom or something similar . My mic and video never worked and I could not verify if Doctor was receiving my images ect. but the Doctor is great and I will book a follow-up appointment wish he lived closer to Clearlake Ca we could use him that is forsure! thanks Doc.
