I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz! After seeking help for what I thought was a minor issue, Dr. Ortiz very quickly diagnosed my pup with a serious condition requiring emergency surgery and was able to put me in touch with a nearby animal hospital to get him seen ASAP. He also stayed in touch to make sure I didn’t have any questions after the diagnosis was confirmed. So thankful I found Vetster and Dr. Ortiz in an otherwise very stressful situation!

He answered all of our questions and was very thorough with his responses. You can tell that he cares for your pet and wants to do what is best for them and your relationship with them. We had some concerns about traveling with our dog, he respects that we want to spend time with him while also making sure he is safe and well taken care of. He gave us some tips on behavior training and optional medications he can take. I highly recommend him and will continue to use his services as we need them.
