I have a cat who is very anxious during vet visits and he has been having a minor issue with one eye lately. I didn’t want to put him through the trauma of a visit unnecessarily, and this was a great way to ease my mind that nothing was seriously wrong. Michelle was able to see his eye on video and we talked about what was going on, and agreed I could manage it at home unless anything changed. We also discussed his size and diet and I was reassured that he isn’t eating too much. No technical glitches at all, everything worked great using an iPad.
