She was amazing. I could tell she truly cared about the health and well being of my animals. Easy to communicate with and she answered all my questions. Will be requesting to meet with her again when any of my animals have issues

Great virtual visit, but she ordered a chewable antibiotic that is $69+ to fill, and she advised me I’d have access to send her messages for a day or two after the visit if I needed anything. I’ve sent multiple messages asking for a more affordable antibiotic to be ordered (I only paid $23 last time when another vet ordered a regular non-chewable antibiotic). None of my messages have been responded to and no alternative has been ordered. Meanwhile, my dog still has the issue she’s unmedicated for. This hasn’t been as smooth of an experience as my first time working with a Vetster vet.
