Virtual vet appointments? I never knew they existed until I was in a pickle. I am grateful for Vetser, and Dr. Sablowsky. He was so easy to speak with about my cat's history and current condition. He explained everything to me that I should look for, physically and mentally, while my cat is treating with the medication. And what a great bedside manner. Give Dr. Sablowsky a try. Dr. Michael was extremely helpful in giving us information regarding our new dog Salem and the behavioral issues we were having with him. He helped us understand why he was acting like he was and gave great advice on how to change these things. Dr. Michael was also able to prescribe medication that will help our Salem without him being over dosed and glassy eyed. We will definitely be going back to Dr. MICHAEL again.

So this was our first time using vetster. We didn't know whether teleconferencing with veterinarians was actually a thing and when we did weren't sure what to expect from a virtual visit. We were hoping to get step-by-step advice for an issue with our cat Jean and Michael walked us through everything we'd need to do, spoke to us about aftercare, and answered every single one of our questions. He was extremely patient, put our minds at ease, was very knowledgeable, and gave us confidence that we have a great plan and every contingency. I'd rate our experience with Dr. Micheal and Vester 10 stars if I could. If you're a concerned pet mom or dad I can't recommend Dr. Micheal and Vetster enough.
