It has been so difficult to find care for my beautiful and gigantic bird anywhere near me. We had an emergency and I thought he wouldn’t be able to be evaluated by a vet. Dr. Horteloup is a wonderful veterinarian, she made sure to provide significant education on underlying causes of my dog’s condition and ensured that I truly understood the plan of care. As a RN, I also appreciated her caring and empathetic bedside manner. We plan on having a follow-up discussion after I am able to read all of the provided written education materials in case I should have any questions or concerns, so I also sincerely appreciate this as well.
