Dr. Leanne Bouchard is an absolute lifesaver! My dog woke up with some UTI symptoms on a holiday, and Dr. Bouchard jumped in right away to help. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and patient with all of my concerns. She listened thoroughly to everything going on, put my mind completely at ease, and gave us a clear plan to get my pup feeling better. I am so grateful for her care and compassion!

The Dr was super helpful and thorough explaining about my dogs allergies. Prescriptions were sent and with the subscription can ask follow-up questions. Extremely happy and much more cost effective from typical vet visit.

My first time using online veterinary services. Dr. Bouchard was lovely, attentive and knowledgeable. That said, navigating the app is frustrating (though not her fault) and placing the order with the pharmacy was cumbersome…and includes an additional “coordination fee” 😞

She genuinely was the best that I have ever met with online. She listened to me and she was genuinely concerned about my dog. She did exactly what I was hoping she would do and that was prescribed her some heavy medication to help with a hotspot. I highly recommend this veterinarian.
