Hello! I look forward to meeting you! A little about me: I grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and received my Bachelors of Science in Biology at the University of Minnesota. I’ve always had a love of travel, so ended up getting my Veterinary Degree from Ross University on the island of St Kitts in 2014. Afterwards, I returned to Milwaukee to complete a rigorous internship in small animal emergency and critical care medicine before transitioning into small animal general practice. In 2018 I moved onto a sailboat with my husband and dog Roger and we sailed down to the Caribbean. Since then I’ve been helping pets throughout the Eastern Caribbean islands, including at the veterinary teaching hospital of St George University in Grenada during the 2019 and 2021 hurricane season. In 2020, we sailed back to the USA to help provide veterinary relief during the height of the Covid pandemic in Kingston, Rhode Island. We have since sailed back to the Caribbean and are currently in Bocas del Toro, Panama.
I am currently licensed in Wisconsin and Rhode Island, but can provide medical recommendations to most of the locations covered by Vetster. I have a special interest in animal behavior, internal medicine, preventative care, and pet pain management, and I’m here to help answer any questions you may have about your pet.
