Excellent visit with Dr Kyra! We were very worried about our dog with kennel cough type symptoms. We called 6 different vet offices including our dog's regular vet but appointments were booked out approximately 2 weeks as vet offices are very busy right now. We were able to have a virtual visit with Dr Kyra the same day. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. Through history and video exam she was able to really help us. She came up with an excellent plan and put our fears at ease concerning our fur baby!

This was our first use of telemedicine. Dr Kyra was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. She was able to help explain how the appointments and prescriptions work with the Vester platform. Would definitely recommend to see Dr Kyra for telemedicine services.

We had concerns regarding a nodule that appeared near our cat's eye. Dr. Kyra was able to look at his face via the laptop camera, provide additional tips as to what to look for that would indicate the condition is worsening and reassurances that the issue as it couldn't stood didn't require a trip to an 24-hr emergency hospital outside our immediate area. We will follow up as needed based how the area near his eye heals. Thank you, Dr. Kyra!

I set up a meeting with Kyra because my vet was closed. She was a wonderful listener and made sure that my dog would be taken care of in a variety of situations (i.e., provided a script in case things get worse). I was disappointed I wanted to avoid taking my dog to a vet because they still won’t let pet owner go in with pet and dr felt a urinalysis should be done before medication so unfortunately I paid 64.00 and still have to take my dog to vet dr was nice though
