About Vet

I grew up outside of Boston, MA and graduated from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. Following graduation, I completed a rotating internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at MSPCA Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, a busy referral and specialty hospital where I gained significant experience managing emergencies in dogs, cats, and exotic pets. I have also completed two additional years of specialty training in exotic companion animal and wildlife medicine through internships at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists in Houston and Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife on Sanibel Island in Florida. I also have an interest in animal behavior and positive reinforcement-based training and behavior modification, which led me to raise a guide dog puppy during veterinary school and serve as an officer for the Animal Behavior Club. Outside of the hospital, I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, paddleboarding, and dancing in my spare time.

Please note that the laws governing veterinary practice in the states where I'm licensed do not allow me to write prescriptions for pets I have not met and examined in-person. However, husbandry and preventative care are an extremely important component of animal health and wellness, particularly for exotic pets, and I am more than happy to advise you on these topics to help your pets lead their healthiest, happiest life! I can also provide general information and help you determine whether a visit to an ER or urgent care is necessary.
