Dr. Backus was very information, explaining the limitations and also the options of treatment. I was able to get a treatment plan that was tailored to my dog’s specific situation and had a clear path forward for next steps. I received the prescription information much quicker than after previous visits; that and her written plan were available within a much shorter period of time than after other visits. This is very helpful in starting treatment soon.
