I brought my dog with me from Florida to NY for the holidays and along the way he started having a bad skin reaction. Nothing was open on Christmas Eve so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Morris and she was just as good and thorough as my pets regular veterinarian. She was not in a rush, took her time to ask questions and listen to my concerns. She is prescribing medication that I can pick up at a local pharmacy. I have never considered telemedicine before but this experience and Dr. Morris's care exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Kathleen Morris was well-prepared and very knowledgeable; and had reviewed photo's I sent across a mere 10 minutes ahead of appointment. She listened closely, and we discussed 3 possible reasons for my dogs discomfort, ultimately landing on a solution Dr. Morris was able to provide immediate immediate support with resolving. Highly recommend.
