Kassandra heard us out, took a look at our kitty, and prescribed immediately relief, plus longer term care with some steps for afterwards if needed. I didn’t feel rushed. She answered our questions. She paused to let us think. As an AuDHD human who struggles taking pets to the vet, I am giving Kassandra full 5 stars so everyone knows who to go to for a patient vet to get to the bottom of what’s going on without the additional stress of trying to be heard.
