A Florida native, Dr. Jovanna Canty attended undergraduate school at the University of Florida and Tuskegee University. She graduated from Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. Since then, she has developed extensive experience in general practice veterinary care, emergency medicine and critical care, and mobile in-home pet care.
Dr. Canty's love for animals, combined with her deep understanding of science and fascination for medicine, guided her path to becoming a veterinarian. She finds all aspects of veterinary medicine fascinating, with a particular interest in internal medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Canty enjoys spending time with family and engaging in activities such as painting and hiking. She shares her home with her lovely cat, Leo, a sweet, affectionate, and intelligent little guy.
