It was great! Dr. Joel listened to our concerns about our dog. She struggles with skin issues and developed a UTI recently. He gave great recommendations for over the counter treatment while we wait to be seen at the vet!

I was worried my puppy ate an antibiotic pill meant for my much larger dog- and of course this happened on a Sunday evening when her vet was closed. Dr. Lum took a look at her and gave us acute signs to look out for and recommended some other preventative steps in case she did. Saved me much worrying!

She ate a small amount of chocolate. The vet said with the small amount and her size, she should be fine. Told me what to watch for and if I need follow up after the call.
