The connection on the video call was not the best and it made it hard to communicate sonetimes but Dr. Capuzzi was so wonderful and made sure Ruger got medicine today (Saturday, 4th of July Holiday)! Thank you so much!

Dr. Capuzzi did great but the connection was terrible. I had more questions but the app only allotted a certain amount of time. Between the 5 or so bad connections and having to get back into app it wasn’t a great experience. Again Dr. Capuzzi did great with the time she had with Nala and I.
