Took the time to listen to all of my (many) concerns. After listening, she went through each concern and talked in-depth about possibilities, options, and solutions. For once, I did not feel rushed, pressured, or intimidated. She was open to hearing my concerns and questions and addressed me with compassion and helped educate me on the next best steps in a way that felt like she cared for my dog in the same way I do. 10/10 recommend.
