I did not know what to expect with my virtual vet appointment. I was very worried about my little parakeet and did not want to put her through the stress of an in person visit if I didnt have to. Dr. Seate was kind and understanding and she put me at ease. She was knowledge about what Sophie is experiencing and gave me suggestions on how to keep her comfortable. I am very satisfied with this service and the ease of scheduling and operating the app.
