First time using this service for our cats. It was easy to make an appointment. The doctor was fantastic. She was right on time, extremely knowledgeable, and just seemed like a good person who cares. We really got the feeling we could trust what she was telling us. Overall it was a great experience. For a medical issue that arose unexpectedly on a weekend afternoon this was a great option.
