I really appreciated how caring and attentive Dr. Hofve was during our online appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns about Snow, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Even though it was a virtual visit, it still felt very personal and reassuring. I could tell she genuinely cared about Snow's well-being, and her advice gave me confidence in how to move forward with care.

Dr Jean was kind and knowledgeable. My cat seems to have a UTI and she didn't push drugs and wanted to try changing her diet to more wet food before doing anything drastic. Would recommend.

Pinball, my 14 year old long-haired mini dachshund girl, was dx with splenic stromal sarcoma (SSS) cancer (with an unfortunate very high mitotic count of 24), a month ago after a splenic surgery to remove a cancerous mass and her spleen. Pinball's prognosis is unfortunately only about 67 days from dx to live per a study of dogs with SSS cancer. Dr Hofve gave excellent advice on the pros and cons of chemo and emphasized to simply provide Pinball with the best quality of life days she has left (and not do chemo). I agreed with Dr Hofve's advice and perspective. She has a ton of experience with pet end life cases and noted her thoughts well on the decision I need to make for Pinball regarding chemo treatment or not. I highly recommend using Dr Hofve! 5 Stars, well earned.

Had a wonderful chat with Dr. Hofve. While my main concern was to get a handle on the best nutrition for my cats, we also covered hairball treatments, vaccines, and techniques for calming them in case of anxiety attacks. Which if you have a cat, can come at anytime you least expect them.
