The virtual appointment with Dr. Menendez was very easy & he was a pleasure to work with. He gave some helpful information about various medications available for my dog’s anxiety as well as her flea & tick prevention treatment. I look forward to working with Dr. Menendez in the future.

For my first time using a vet Telehealth service, Jaime made it extremely comfortable out the gate. I was totally new to this offering. I was nervous to take care for my cat a bit virtually! He made me very comfortable to ask any questions (both of the platform and about my pet). He quickly and considerably helped me with my current cat’s needs. He informed me on how I can take next steps to get the proper medication’s for my cat and food. I will utilize him in the future to be available for emergency questions to a non-vet! Highly recommend!!
