Dr, Sancak was very professional and caring, but unfortunately was unable to prescribe any antibiotic for the risk of infection due to current regulations. The rule should be evaluated since, through the camera and our interaction she is able to examine our pet. For a non-emergency issue on a weekend, it would be helpful to have this as an option.
