Dr. Kellar was very professional and gave us really good advise about what to get over the counter until we could see a vet in person to get prescriptions for our dog's condition. We worked through tech difficulties and she stayed with us extra time to make up for the tech issues. Strongly recommend her.

Dr. Erika was very knowledgeable and made me feel better about possible causes for my dog's distress. She also suggested some home remedies I can try until I can get my dog to her regular vet, which I REALLY needed.

Dr. Erika Kellar was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. This is our first experience with Vetster and Dr. Kellar but we will be back. Thank you so much!

I lost service and I can’t gback on the call! She was great but we barely had time to talk. Call ended because of poor service on my end

Dr. Kellar was very nice. Wish we could have received a prescription for an inhaler for our kitty though. Will need to try to make an appointment to get xrays first.

She gave me the likely culprit of an upper respiratory infection and predicted it will clear on own. The only drawback is that the company did not specify that she can’t prescribe meds in TN so if my kitty gets worse I’m back to square one with trying to get an appointment. Still I am so happy this service exists and I hope TN will change the law on this soon.

Thank you so much Dr. Kellar! Our cats have finally showed up with fleas - they have been going outside for 3 years without ever having had any issues but recently caught fleas. Dr Kellar gave us her expert recommendations and we are very glad we made the appointment and put our minds at ease.
