Our dog Dolly had bladder surgery and was not recovering well. We spoke with Dr. Ellen when our current veterinarian was unavailable and she was very thorough in her analysis of Dolly’s condition. She was so calm and comforting and reassured us that Dolly needed to go to an Emergency Vet to receive fluids, injectable antibiotics, injectable pain medication, injectable anti-nausea medication, and an appetite stimulant medication to help her recover. She also recommended they X-ray or ultrasound her bladder to make sure the incision is closed and that there is no extra fluid in her abdomen. We were very satisfied with her review of our dog and would highly recommend Dr. Ellen to anyone who needs telemedicine advice and care.

Dr. Russell was very knowledgeable about the prescription I was needing to get filled and the potential side effects. She was very professional and patient with me as I fumbled through my email attempting to find my pet's records. Thank you for helping deal with this stressful situation of being away from my pet.
