Doctor was fantastic really helpful and kind. But we didn’t realize that they could not prescribe anything over the phone. We needed special cat food and could not get it.

Before meeting with Dr. Bazzano, I was very stressed out and worried about my kitten, but as the appointment went on those nerves dissipated. I reccomend this physician to anyone going through a rough time, she was so patient as I attempted to explain everything in detail, asked questions that showed much thought and care for the situation, and kindly made recommendations for his health but also his wellbeing prior to surgery and was very direct in her assessment. My veterinarian is closed for the weekend. This service is a lifesaver. The doctor was very kind and empathetic and knowledgeable.  She made certain I was clear with the instructions and what to watch for, and when to take further action. Five stars!!

I would definitely recommend the services. It's awesome to have something like this for a pet parents who needs some type of medical direction direction quickly. I definitely felt like I was in the doctor's office. The doctor is very Detailed and breaks things down for the pet parent to understand a treatment plan!
