Hi! Please, call me Nikki, and I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician in the state of Washington. I have lived and worked here for six years in small animal general practice where I primarily see nurse appointments, take triage calls, and do dental procedures. I have worked in many aspects of veterinary medicine in multiple states over my 15 years as a licensed technician. These include dental specialty, emergency, critical care, and shelter medicine, in addition to my general practice experience where I have learned about small mammal/pocket pet care. I have not specialized in anything because I can't choose just one thing! Yet, I have earned many hours of continuing education in topics like critical care nursing, triage, nutrition, canine and feline renal disease management, wellness care, quality of life consultations, behavioral issues, and much more!
