She was nice enough, but after she diagnosed horner's syndrome in my cat she failed to mention that this issue in cats is almost always caused by trauma. I would have told her the cat fell out of my bed. But i didn't know this until further research and a different consult. Even with my follow up question that the cat had a fever and could not walk right, she simply recommended antibiotics--which are not really needed. The cat likely has a concussion. She didn't suggest any reason. Select someone else for true engagement and full diagnosis.
