I am a small animal veterinary veterinarian that is currently specializing in internal medicine. I have years of experience in emergency medicine and internal medicine.

I completed my doctorate degree at Iowa State University, and moved to New Jersey to do a small animal rotating internship. I am now a practicing veterinarian in the state of Florida.

I have two beautiful yorkies named Lana and Mateo❤️

Dr. Aponte was our first forage into the visits by Tele-Vet chat experience. Dr. Aponte, a board certified animal internal medicine specialist was just what the doctor or rather us needed. The Vets professional demeanor was equally met by her calm and friendly manner. The Vet explained everything inside and out and took the time to make sure we understood it all and were comfortable with the decisions and changes before ending our chat.
