About Vet

I love being part of the veterinary community and I am extremely passionate about patient care and the human-animal bond. I love all aspects of veterinary medicine but have special interest in cardiology, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery. I have published two children's books, Being Brave for Bailey and Staying Strong for Smokey, to help children deal with the heartbreak of losing a pet. I have received advanced training and certification in advanced thoracic imaging and echocardiograms (ultrasounds of the heart), advanced abdominal ultrasonography, TPLO surgery certification, fracture repair certification, and internal medicine. I believe that our jobs as veterinarians is to give pet owners as much information about their pet's health and any conditions they may be facing and to support them through the decision making process for their pets.
