Dr. Frick was very practical about her advice with regard to our two year old hamster who has a growth on his neck. She gave us great advice and it was well received.

Dr Frick listened to my concerns without belittling them, and was vet thorough in questions and making sure that I knee what I was watching for. My home vet had no services available after 6pm and the emergency vet is both expensive and a bit far away. Dr. Frick took that into account and encouraged a course of action to get us through the evening, including if and when that er trip is required. While I'm definitely a worrier, Dr Frick was able to give me the advice I needed.

Dr. Christina was very thorough and established a great rapport with us. We were seeking recommendations on the severity of the sneezing episodes our dog was having and she gave great advice that put our minds at ease. We felt very well taken care of and would consult with Dr. Christina again.

My cat had an upset stomach and was concerned that she may have been exposed to a Freon gas leak. Dr. Frick was great at listening to all my concerns and diagnosing what could be going on. I know that I will sleep better tonight after speaking with her. Highly recommend.
