This was so great and not as stressful as a regular vet visit for myself and my pet. Made an appointment and was seen within an hour!

My 17-year-old cat has progressively worsening nasal discharge due to polyps (over 1.5yrs). Because of his high blood pressure, was told he couldn't have steroids. He had a bad episode early in the a.m. Couldn't get him to an emergency vet due to snowstorm. Dr. Dean was available at 4am! Told her that I had Prednisolone available from an older prescription and that I'd like to try it - that I'd prefer he have a heart attack versus suffocating. He's old, but he's still eating, peeing, pooping and looks great. She agreed and said that it shouldn't affect his HBP and to try it. It worked! He almost immediately was able to breath again. So grateful she listened to me and my reasoning. She provided mobile vet info and prescriptions. Highly recommend!

Currently without power and roads are iced over. Dr. Dean was able to give me dosage amounts for my sick kitten with medicine I already have. A God send, thank you!
