Hi! I'm Dr. Christa Cheatham, DVM, PhD, a veterinarian with a passion for helping pets live happy, healthy lives.
I earned my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and a PhD, and my professional background includes small animal medicine, exotic animal medicine, comparative medicine, and biomedical research.
My approach to veterinary medicine emphasizes compassionate, individualized care, preventive medicine, and evidence-based recommendations. I enjoy helping pet owners better understand their animals' health, recognize potential medical concerns, and make informed decisions about their care.
Whether you have questions about nutrition, husbandry, behavior, preventive care, or a new health concern, my goal is to provide practical, approachable guidance tailored to your pet's needs.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you provide the best possible care for your companion!
