Dr Ortiz was very professional listened and understood everything that was I explained about my outside cat who got hurt from a cat bite on his leg and is now limping. I've had him for 7 years and he lives outside and nothing's ever happened to him until now so it made me a little stressed out but after talking to Dr Ortiz he knew exactly what to do what kind of medication and anti-inflammatory to call in. It makes me feel very happy and I will definitely use this app again now I can see why Dr Otis has all these good reviews he's very understanding

Hi I am requesting the refill for the script for Maggie - I gave to her for the first two days (she is hard to get meds in) but while giving her the meds one day - I spilled the bottle of meds GRRRR. She still has very strong oder of of urine and am requesting for a refill. I will do the refill direct with you guys - it took me to long to receive ordering it from my pharmacy. Please let me know if I can get this refill, she needs to receive the full dose the doc prescribed. Please reach out to doc and let me know. thank you in advance.
