Dr. Ortiz was able to diagnose and prescribe medication for my parakeet Wyatt. Being able to do this virtually means the world to me with my busy schedule. And with bird illnesses, they can go south FAST - so having this service is exceptionally convenient. Dr. Ortiz is knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. I would recommend him!!
