Personally, I was left in the call room after Dr.Carlos only joined for a brief moment to tell me that he would be back in a second. I waited a full 40 minutes on the zoom call without any help. I was already very stressed about wanted to get help for my pet and this did not help. I understand that things happen and everyone has bad days. I was frustrated to say the least; however, this is not a reflection of Vetster itself. I was able to get in contact with customer service, who helped alleviate stress and resolve the issue by convincing Dr. Carlos to rejoin a call and actually provide my service. I hope this is a one time experience but I personally will be using a different vet when available for my future online visits.
