She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to look in our dog's ear on the video chat and from that she was able to diagnose her condition not only based on what she saw but because of her knowledge of the breed in general. And though our state does not allow her to call in any type of prescription she was able to tell us exactly what we needed, not only name brand but generic and where to get it, how to administer it and what to look out for as well as the time frame we should see relief. She then opened the floor to us to ask questions or clarify anything we needed to. Once again her extreme knowledge of the breed and explanation of the possibilities were extremely impressive and it very comforting. Recommend to anyone having an issue and we will be using her in the future.
